amazing pediatric dentist in the sunrise area!
The office manager at this place is rude and ignorant. All the other staff members are very polite and respectful. Great office but the office manager needs to go… She hangs up the phone when speaking to her, sucks her teeth and makes slick remarks about the appointment times. She has no customer service skills AT ALL. She threatened to call my insurance company and make false allegations. When I ask to speak to the front desk personnel she refused and continued to hang up the call every time I called back. I’ve never had an issue with this office until now.
